Returns and Refunds
Our goal is to ensure that customers receive the correct, authentic products in the condition described. Because medical goods may involve sterile packaging, hygiene controls, temperature requirements and expiry dates, returns are assessed according to product condition, vendor terms and applicable Nigerian consumer law. This policy does not remove your statutory rights.
Report a problem
Open a refund/support request from your account promptly after discovering a delivery issue. Include the order reference, items affected, description and clear photographs where useful. Please preserve packaging and do not use an item that may be unsafe or damaged.
Common eligible issues
Requests may involve non-delivery, wrong items, substantial misdescription, damage in transit, missing units, authenticity concerns or manufacturing defects. We review the facts with the supplying vendor and may request reasonable evidence or a return inspection.
Products with special handling
Opened sterile goods, used consumables, contaminated items, cold-chain products and other items that cannot safely be resold may be subject to return restrictions, except where goods are defective, not as described or the law requires a remedy. Do not return needles, sharps or potentially contaminated medical equipment without agreed safe-transport instructions.
Refund decision and processing
Submitting a request does not automatically mean a refund has been issued. The platform records the request and coordinates review. Approved refunds are processed only after the external gateway or bank transaction has actually been confirmed; timing depends on the payment provider, bank and circumstances. Where appropriate, replacement or another lawful remedy may be offered.
Disputes and support
If you disagree with a decision, contact support with the reference and relevant evidence. This process does not limit rights to use available consumer-protection or other lawful dispute channels.
