Yes. You can add products from multiple sellers to one cart. The system creates separate vendor sub-orders and shipment tracking records.

How do I know who is selling a product?

Open the product detail page and follow its vendor store link. Vendor approval is a marketplace control, not a clinical endorsement of a particular product.

How are prices updated?

Each supplier manages its base prices and stock. Admins can update a featured consumables-price strip. Prices there are administered listings, not independent exchange-market quotations. Checkout prices are recalculated from the current product record.

How can I pay?

Payment choices depend on which methods the marketplace administrator enables. Available options may include Paystack, Flutterwave and bank transfer with proof upload.

How do I track my order?

Open My Orders and select Track Delivery. Each vendor parcel has its own tracking information and delivery timeline.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Do not use unsafe products. Open a support or refund request, and provide your order reference and relevant photos.

Can I become a vendor?

Apply through the vendor registration process. Store activation may require verification of identity, business details and relevant licences.
